Create smooth, consistent curved corners with these radiused bending brackets!
Originally developed for building curved-edge fireplace mantels, these brackets provide a simple and effective way to form curved corners in MDF, laminate, solid wood or other materials without the need for large roundover router bits or complicated joinery.
Designed to help achieve clean, uniform curves, they're ideal for cabinetry, furniture making and other custom woodworking projects.

How They Work

The brackets fit into the channel in your material (required width above). Your material can then be carefully bent around the curved profile and secured using appropriate fixings to easily create a smooth, continuous corner bend.

Why Use These Brackets?

Create consistent curved corners with ease.
Avoid the challenges of routing large roundovers into joined material.
Simplify the construction of custom curved furniture and cabinetry.
Achieve a clean, professional-looking finish.
Designed and developed by a woodworker for real workshop applications.

Please Note:

These brackets are designed to assist with forming and securing curved corners but should not be relied upon as the sole source of structural support or integrity. Additional support, reinforcement and appropriate fixings should be incorporated into your project to ensure adequate strength and long-term stability for your use case.

The brackets are 3D-printed in PETG, offering improved heat resistance and durability compared to PLA. However, PETG can still soften or deform under elevated temperatures and should not be used in high temperature applications.

Ensure you select the correct material thickness for the material you are using! The thickness is the TOTAL thickness of the material, including any veneer/laminate if present.

Always ensure the bracket dimensions and installation method are appropriate for your intended application.
